Description

This is a Request for Information. We are looking for vendors who can provide the following brand name or equal item: Biodex Shielded Isolator, Model No. 190-215 and Biodex Dose Calibrator, Model No. 086-330, with the following salient characteristics: a) Shall be USP 797 compliant. Must meet clean room requirement for sterile products; b) Shall be Joint Commission compliant. The isolator sleeves must be compliant; c) Shall have 25" lead shielding; d) The viewing window shall be 1.8" leaded acrylic; e) The dimensions shall be 38"w x 32.5"d x 79"h (96 x 82 x 201 cm). The NAICS code is 339112 and the Size Standard is 500.
