- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), intends to issue Request For Proposal (RFP) N66001-16-R-0020 using other than full and open competition to procure analytical and technical support services from undergraduate and graduate students at educational institutions. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(3), as implemented by FAR 6.302-3, competition will be restricted to educational institutions. SSC Pacific contemplates the award of a single indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract with time-and-materials (T&M) pricing arrangement over a three-year base ordering period and one two-year option ordering period. The majority of the work will be performed at SSC Pacific in San Diego, CA. This is a follow-on action to solicitation N66001-12-R-0028, which was competed among educational institutions and awarded to San Diego State University Foundation (N66001-12-D- 0028). The anticipated release date of the solicitation is on or about 11 Jan 2016 with an anticipated award date not later than 24 Sep 2016. The solicitation will be posted on the SPAWAR e-Commerce Central Web site at https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil/. No hard copy versions of the solicitation or any amendments will be provided. A draft copy of the Statement of Work and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) DD Form 1423 can be reviewed by viewing the attachment to this notice.
