Description

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.206 Amending the Solicitation, this amendment hereby accomplishes the following: 1.Changes the socio-economic set-aside from Small Business to Unrestricted. 2.Add FAR 52.203-99 Prohibition on Contracting with Entities that Require Certain Internal Confidentiality Agreements (Deviation) (Feb 2015); 52.204-18 Commercial and Government Entity Code Maintenance (Nov 2014); 52.203-98DEV Prohibition on Contracting with Entities that Require Certain Internal Confidentiality Agreements - Representation (Deviation) (Feb 2015); 52.204-16 Commercial and Government Entity Code Reporting (Nov 2014); 52.204-17 Ownership or Control of Offeror (Nov 2014). 3.Remove FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (NOV 2011). 4.Extends the solicitation response date to 01/05/2016, 1:30pm CST. 5.Extends the question submittal period to 12/17/2015. 6.Extends the submittal of Past Performance Questionnaires to 01/05/2016. 7.Removes and replaces the Schedule of Services with the attached Schedule of Services.
