- The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii (413th CSB, RCO-HI), intends to solicit proposals for a single award contract consisting of firm-fixed price (FFP) and cost reimbursable (CR) contract line items. The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base period (Performance commencement date of 29 March 2016) and four 12-month option periods to extend the term of the contract. The objective of this procurement is t o p r o v i d e C o m m and, C o nt r o l, C o m m unications, C o m puters a n d I n f o r m ation M anage m ent ( C4 IM) Ser v ic e a n d S u pp o rt t o the 9 th M ission Su p po rt C o m m and (M SC). The responsibility of this requirement consists of providing A combination of on-site and remote-site network service support 2 4 h ou rs per da y, s e v e n da y s p e r wee k to all USAR facilities and service based locations to include Hawaii (Oahu, Hilo, and Maui), Alaska, Guam, Saipan, American Samoa, Korea, and Japan. This procurement will be a small business set-aside. At the time that an offeror submits its offer, it must represent to the Contracting Officer that it is a Total Small Business concern under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541519 Other Computer Related Services with the small business size standard of $27.5 million. No Solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) is currently available. The solicitation will be available for download on or about December 28, 2015. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website located at https://www.fbo.gov/. No phone or fax requests for a copy of the solicitation will be accepted. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. Proposal submissions will be due on or about January 27, 2016. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal is the lowest price and meets the technical requirements indicated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). At the time an offer submits its offer the offeror must be registered within the SAM database in order to receive an award for this procurement.
