- PR 60853020 for NSN 6110-01-266-3542, the Boeing Company CAGE 43999, PN L5306354-041. DLA Aviation does not have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 4 EA. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination and FOB Origin, delivery 147 days ARO or less. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The issue date is on or around 01/13/2016, and the closing date is on or around 02/15/2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited on the solicitation. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)/ invitation for Bid (IFB)"from the menu under the tab "Solicitations". Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://www.adobe.com A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. ****ELECTRONIC QUOTES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS SOLICITATION. The solicitation package must be completed in its entirety and submitted to the DLA Aviation Bid Desk. Incomplete submission of the solicitation package may be deemed unacceptable and may result in disqualification of proposal. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered SAM. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award, if not this award future awards. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
