Description

Solicitation package ID08150061 for HVAC Maintenance, Service and Repair; includes 6 documents for proposal submission. This contract is for facility maintenance requirements at the National Park Service (NPS), Boston National Historical Park (BNHP). The contractor shall maintain Heating Air Conditioning and Ventilation (HVAC) systems 24 hours a day 7 days a week to operating condition standards as well as providing preventative maintenance at the BNHP and its designated sites ; Charlestown Navy Yard with its associated building's and the Bunker Hill Museum. All materials, and tools and equipment necessary for the performance of this requirement shall be furnished by the Contractor. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision for the maintenance, maintenance, repair, upgrades and replacement of equipment and controls, in addition to other items and services necessary to perform maintenance and repair of the HVAC systems as listed in Table A: List of Building/Facilities for 24 hours a day 7 days a week (24/7). The contractor shall be responsible for the work the Park service staff is not capable of performing due to low staff and or licensing requirements. Although Park service staff is capable of replacing pumps, motors, electrical devices, and non-critical components. The contractor shall be responsible for all these services in addition to welding, cutting, brazing, HVAC and component repairs and installation.
