- Modification to solicitation M00264-16-T-0004. Q5: Is the Wage Determination No. 2005-2103 Rev 16 dated 07/08/2015 posted at www.wdol.gov <http://www.wdol.gov> correct, stating $21.43 for 23370 General Maintenance Worker, or should the contractor use the wage stated in the solicitation? The wage stated in the solicitation has been updated to state $21.43 for 23370 General Maintenance Worker. Q6: Is it the Government's intent to limit the proposers to a single occupation classification, 23370 General Maintenance Worker, or to ensure that the bidders ensure whoever works on the project is paid according to the WD regardless of their occupation classification? The intent is to ensure that the bidders ensure whoever works on the project is paid according to the wage determination regardless of their occupation classification. Additional occupation classifications, along with their wage determinations, have been added to the solicitation. Q7: Is a COMBO unit counted as one appliance or as one washer and one dryer? A combo unit is counted as one washer and one dryer. Q8: Please provide the maximum distance and estimated driving time between the furthest locations of appliances. A list of the addresses and the corresponding number of washers and dryers located at each of those locations has been added to the solicitation. Please see page 13 for the list of locations. Q9: Who will the COR coordinate with and will the successful bidder be required to perform the exchange of the beyond economical repair appliances as part of the FFP or is this action is performed by others? Since the washer and dryers are government property, government employees will be responsible for removing and replacing the appliances once they are deemed beyond economical repair. Q10: Will $700.00 be the value used to determine the Beyond Economical Repair value? $700.00 is the BER repair estimate for stackable units, $294.00 is the BER repair estimate for standalone washers, and $144.00 is the BER repair estimate for standalone dryers. Q11: What are the Preventative Maintenance Services required to be performed by the successful bidder? The successful bidder should formulate a plan based on repair visits to conduct 100% Preventive Maintenance on all machines every six months. Preventive maintenance should not be conducted on weekends or Holidays during emergency maintenance requests. Preventive Maintenance on Dryer: -Vacuum lint Trap -Ensure lint screen is serviceable -Check seal around door for serviceability Preventive Maintenance on washer: -Inspect Water hoses for serviceability -Inspect seal around door on front loaders for serviceability Q12: Does the Government intend to award a FFP, IDIQ or a hybrid FFP/IDIQ contract and if the contract will include IDIQ what will be included in the IDIQ components? The government intends to award a FFP contract. The information regarding an IDIQ portion of this contract has been removed from the solicitation. Quotes should provide the annual price of providing both the service and parts to the government for the base and option years.
