- Description
- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Acquisitions Operations Group, seeks to award a sole source award to the CiM Maintenance Inc. 6300 Auteuil, Suite 201 Brossard, Quebec, Canada J4Z 3P2, for CARMA Visual Planner Suite and Supportive Services. Visual Planner Suite by CiM Visual Solutions is a proprietary software add-on for MAXIMO since Visual Planner Suite is built into MAXIMO it utilizes existing MAXIMO security access, workflows, etc. The four modules in Planner Suite are Clones of existing MAXIMO modules so new users will not have to learn how to work within the modules since they have the same functionality they are used to: including Result set queries, database configuration, etc... With Visual Planner Suite these functions are intuitive and include: Drag & Drop to schedule any activity or group of activities in a calendar view click on any icon to perform action, mouse over feature to display object attributes instantly and hyperlink directly to any MAXIMO related application. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 million in revenues. The Government intends to solicit directly with CiM Maintenance, Inc. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform the requirement (See items # 3 & 4 of the attached Sole Source Justification to determine ability to perform. Ability to engage ALL listed capabilities within the Sole Source Justification is required to be considered capable). A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via email to vmccoy@usbr.gov. No faxed documents will be accepted. If no responsive statements are received by 12/23/2015 at 12:00 PM MST, an award will be made to CiM Maintenance Inc.
