- The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services at Bay Pines National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744-0477. Contract period of performance is Base & Four (4) Option years after notice to proceed is issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. (SB) The NAICS Code is 561720. Size standard of $18.0 million is applicable. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the form of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the government, which includes the following: 1) Past Performance Questionnaire and 2) Price. Electronic solicitation will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around December 09, 2015. Responses to the request for quotation are due by 1:00 p.m., EST, December 21, 2015. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the request for quotation which is available at Fed Biz Opps. No paper copies will be issued. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendment or additional information via the fedbizopps website. Potential contractors must be registered in the Systems Award Management database to be eligible for award (see Internet site: http://www.sams.gov/). Failure to do so will make your offer non-responsive to this solicitation. All quotes can be submitted via email to charles.daniels2@va.gov or you can send by US mail service.
