- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Administration intend to issue a solicitation, Request for Proposal DU100R-16-R-0001, to provide Single Family Supplemental Claims Processing, Business Process Improvement & Property Disposition Support Services. to provide business process improvement, control and risk-based processing of supplemental claims, and to review, verify and key data into the Single Family Acquired Assets Management System (SAMS/A80S) and provide support to the Homeownership Centers (HOCs) and Headquarters staff. The solicitation will be posted at https://www.fbo.gov website on or around December 21, 2015. This is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541211 Offices of Certified Public Accountants. The small business size standard is 20.5M. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The period of performance is a 12 month base period plus 4 one year option periods. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12 Acquisition of Commercial Item, and FAR Subpart 19 Small Business Program. Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for January 25, 2016. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps (FBO) website for amendments to the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at www.sam.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. Information for the Pre-proposal Conference is stated below: Pre-Proposal Conference - Single Family Supplemental Claims Processing, Business Process Improvement & Property Disposition Support Services Date: January 25, 2016 Check-in Time: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Briefing Solicitation/Q&A 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Networking: 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Time: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. EST. Location: U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development 451 7th Street, SW 1st Floor Brooke Mondale Auditorium Suite A&B Washington, DC 20410 Attendance: Vendors will have the option of attending the Pre-proposal Conference in person or via Webcast. Briefing: Technical/Solicitation and Q&A session. Registration: All interested vendors are required to register by 3:00 p.m. EST, Thursday January 21, 2016. Registering by phone will not be accepted. Registration shall include; Company name, name, address, phone number and last four of your SSN number. Vendors shall also inform the Government if attendance will be in person or by webcast. For vendors attending via webcast, HUD will provide all registrant participate instruction on.webcast viewing. by email. There is no expectation that any materials will be formally distributed. The first set of questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to email address InfoFamilySingle CL@hud.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. EST, January 12, 2016 and the second set of questions shall be submitted in writing via email at InfoFamilySingle CL@hud.gov not later than 2:00 p.m. EST, February 8, 2016. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered during the event as time permits and will also be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website following the event. Questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after the due dates will be answered. No faxes or hard copy will be accepted, please ensure your offer has been received.
