Description

The purpose of Amendment A00001 is issued to: a)Extend Request for Information (RFI) closing date/time from December 08, 2015 at 4:00pm Eastern Time to January 18, 2016 at 4:00pm Eastern Time. b)Afford additional time for interested sources/vendors' to prepare a comprehensive response to Government RFI. c)Provide the Government adequate time to prepare and respond to all interested sources questions' received in response to RFI. d)All other terms and conditions remain the same. NOTE: This RFI is not to seek proposals/quotes, but rather looking for industry "best practices" since the Government frequently receives correspondence from interested sources (vendors) indicating that we're not using best practices and not functionally grouping like items. It is the Government's intent to seek individual items instead of grouping. In the meantime, the Government appreciates this feedback from interested sources to find all of the possible surgical packs; how industry standard groups them; and how they are typically obtained in other hospital networks.
