PLACE OF PERFORMANCE PROVISION ACH VENDOR PAYMENT FORM BUSINESS MGT. QUESTIONNAIRE PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION MIL-PRF-20696F COVER LETTER & SOLICITATION DOC CT2201-16 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2201-16 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313320 - Fabric coating mills, the SBA small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a three (3) year firm-fixed price Requirements type contract for the following commercial item: Cloth, Waterproof, Weather Resistant - High strength, dimensionally stable and Cold temperature flexibility, flame retardant. The finished goods are for sale to the General Services Administration (GSA) for end-use by Department of Defense agencies and departments.
