- Description
- 1) Fortus eT/eV Full Care Mainenance (Quantity - 1 each). 2) Connex500 Full Care Mainteance (Quantity - 1 each). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement. This requirement is sole sourced to Stratasys, 7665 Commerce Way, Eden Prairie, MN 55344-2020 due to unique capability. No other manufacturer has the capability to maintain this equipment due to proprietary data. Any firms believing that they can provide this service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Electronic delivery of quotations are preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
