Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office has an Emergency requirement to procure the Pharmaceutical listed below for delivery to the Tucson, AZ CMOP. The request is for Esomeprazole 20 MG. to fill for high demand: DescriptionNDCQuantity ESOMEPRAZOLE 20MG (22.3MG W/MAG) Cap, EC00573-2450-423200 Alternate NDC# can also be provide by Vendor. Non-designated Countries not accepted: IE - China, Croatia, India. Except in situations where the Drug is not available from any Designated Countries. That maybe the case on this RFQ. VENDORS SHOULD BID ON ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK VENDORS ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE ITEM QUOTED. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY REQUEST. Delivery ARO 7 Days Destination Low Bid Award will be available for Immediate Shipment All pharmaceuticals must have pedigree information sent to the CMOP.
