- Yellow Ribbon Event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for a Yellow Ribbon Event in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area in support of the 99th Regional Support Command. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract vehicle. The period of performance is 28 - 31 January 2016. The contractor shall provide: 1. Lodging for an estimated 645 room night stays (3x nights for 15x personnel on 28-31 JAN 16 and 2x nights for 300x personnel 29-31 JAN 16) 2. 3x Meals (Breakfast on 30 and 31 JAN 16, Lunch on 30 JAN 16) to serve 500x personnel for each meal 3. 15x Cold Lunch Boxes (31 JAN 16) 4. 1x General Session room (300x personnel capacity on 29-31 JAN 16) 5. 6x Breakout Session rooms (80x personnel capacity on 30-31 JAN 16) 6. 1x Area in hotel lobby or foyer to accommodate up to 50x community partner information tables (29-31 JAN 16) 7. 1x Registration Desk at or near hotel lobby for event registration (29-30 JAN 16) 8. 1x Administrative Office (30x personnel capacity on 28-31 JAN 16) 9. 1x Dining Area (separated from Session rooms on 30-31 JAN 16) 10. 3x Counseling Rooms (capacity for 4-5 chairs and table on 30-31 JAN 16) 11. Up to 5x Rooms for child and youth activities (3x rooms must a TV in each) 12. Audio/Visual for Session Rooms All requested services shall be performed at the same facility as the lodging accommodations. Additionally, a separate child care requirement will accompany this event. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: (1) the availability and capability of qualified sources, (2) small or large business, and (3) size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 721110 for the proposed acquisition. Submittal Requirements: 1) Name of Company, Company Address, Point of Contact; Name, Phone Number, Email Address; DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business) relative to NAICS Code 721110.
