PRE-AWARD PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT-COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Purpose of Announcement: The Federal Aviation Administration, Telecommunications Unit(AMI-400) has a requirement for THE ONE - MMAC NEW DISTRIBUTED ANTENNA SYSTEM (DAS) WIRELESS ACCESS SOLUTION. The NAICS code for this effort is 335921 for "Fiber Optic Cable Manufacturing" with a size standard of 1000 employees. All questions pertaining to this announcement should be addressed in writing to the Contract Specialist, Janice Hammonds, at e-mail address janice.hammonds@faa.gov or mailing address FAA, Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Aviation, Medical & Training Division (AAQ-731), P.O. Box 25082, Oklahoma City, OK 73125. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
