- Amended Solicitation Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to amend Section 4.4 of the attached solicitation to reflect a Submission Due Date of 01 Feb 2016. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0001 Continued: The purpose of this amendment is twofold: (1) to correct Attachment 7 (Addenda to FAR 52.212-1), Section 4.4. to reflect the date and time established for receipt of offers as 1 February 2016 and (2) to inform all offerors that the incumbent contract Service Contract Act Wage Determination is based on a Collective Bargaining Agreement. The prevailing Wage Determination (attached herein) for the incumbent contract is an agreement between PORTUS STEVEDORING LLC., 8693 MARITIME STREET JACKSONVILLE, FL 32226, and INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS, LOCAL NO. 673, AFL-CIO, 8366 DEVOE STREET, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32220. The effective date of this agreement is from FEBRUARY 8, 2013 THROUGH DECEMBER 31,2015. The obligation of a successor contractor to pay its employees no less than the wages and fringe benefits required under the predecessor contractor's Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is a statutory requirement of SCA Section 4(c).
