Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs will award an "other than full and open competition", sole source contract with Omega Engineering, Inc. for CTXL-TRH-W Circular Temperature/Humidity Recorders. This is an urgent requirement required for the opening of the New Eugene CBOC and is administered in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). This requirement is for: Department of Veterans Affairs Eugene Veterans Clinic 3555 Chad Road Eugene, OR 97408 This notice satisfies the requirement of FAR 5.202(a)(2), to publicize the proposed contract action.
