Description

VA NY/NJ Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN3) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with EBSO INDUSTRIES for subscriptions to their exclusive medical databases (ex. CINAHL, Psych. & Behavioral Sciences, Medline, Cochrane, and Business & Full text elite) as well as the full-text online journals offered with these databases for use by the multiple VA Medical Centers of VISN3. The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 41U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed period of the contract will be for a base year + 4 option years. NAICS Code 519120 Libraries and Archives applies to this procurement.
