- Referenced RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) Energy Branch is in need of a Specimen Holder Machine for use in the Automated Construction of Expeditionary Structures (ACES) Project. The solicitation number is W9132T-16-T-0015 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable item specifications, provisions, and clauses. This procurement is being processed as a small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333999 - All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing. The size standard is 500 employees.
