- PWS for 911 maintenance system support This is a request for quote; however, interested parties may submit a written statement of capability for satisfying this requirement to the email address identified above not later than the closing day and time listed. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon response to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government intends to award a firm fixed priced contract on a Sole Source basis to the contractor specified below. The equipment being serviced was provided by the below contractor and maintenance must continue with them due to proprietary configuration.
