- LOCATION: State: Vermont City: Williston DELINEATED AREA: North: Starting at the intersection of Industrial Ave and Mountain View heading East on Industrial Ave to Mountain View Rd to Old Stage Rd East: Starting at the intersection of Mountain View Rd and Old Stage Rd heading South on Old Stage Rd to I-89 South: I-89 West: Starting at the intersection of Industrial Ave and South Brownell Rd heading South on Williston Rd to South Brownell Rd proceeding South on Brownell Rd to I-89 A detailed map that defines the delineated area boundaries is available by contacting the individual listed below. MINIMUM OFFICE SPACE REQUIREMENT: Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,500 Not to Exceed Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 4,000 Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): 22 onsite paved parking spaces Full Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements: TBD The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in Williston, ND that will be expiring and Government is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 4,000 rentable square feet of contiguous office space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,500 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The offered space shall be high class office space together with 22 on-site paved parking spaces. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Other applicable requirements include: Other applicable requirements include: - Parking - 22 on-site paved parking spaces in a lot under Lessor's control. Lot must accommodate pull thru trailer parking - Space must be contiguous - Offered space must be in a professional office setting - Preference will be given to locations which are co-located with other agricultural businesses - Specific Information Technology requirements EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address, and location of space in the building. 2. Rentable Square feet offered and expected full service rate (specifying services and utilities included) 3. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet and the Common Area Factor, to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully-serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. 4. Date of Space Availability 5. Method of rentable space measurement 6. Building ownership information 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. 8. Amount of parking available on-site 9. Other: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner.
