Please note the site visit is scheduled for 20 Jan 2016. Please note the following from the solicitation: 2.6 Site Visit: 20 Jan 2016 at 1pm EST. Due to required escorts, all attendees shall be present at the gate NLT 1245. Late arrivals may not be granted access to the site. The site visit will be located at the SLDA site: 2992 River Rd, Route 66, Vandergrift, PA 15690 2.6.1 Site Visit. The purpose of the site visit is to allow prospective Offerors an opportunity to view the SLDA site. Due to the nature of the contamination at the SLDA site, and requirements for a Chronic Beryllium Disease Prevention Program (CBDPP) prior to accessing the site, the site visit will be restricted to the haul road, parking areas, the west end of the materials processing building (MPB), and the existing office trailers. Security vetting WILL be required for all attendees. As such, all interested vendors are required to send an email to the address is paragraph 1.7 of this section NLT 12pm EST on 08 Jan 2016 for guaranteed access (assuming the security vetting is successful). Required information for each person shall include: full name, date of birth, place of birth, social security number and citizenship. Due to the extra time required for vetting, foreign nationals will not be granted access to the site. Required information will be accepted through 15 Jan 2016, but we cannot guarantee access to those individuals submitting information after 08 Jan 2016. Offerors will be notified if their personnel are vetted and will be allowed on the site.
