- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has awarded a fixed price contract to Vito Clean, LLC under contract number HSTS01-16-C-RES700 in response to our solicitation for "Janitorial Services for the TSA at General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The total contract value is $844,362.79 with a total period of performance, including option periods, of five (5) years. The performance period consists of one 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods; effective November 24, 2015. The contractor will provide janitorial services, seven (7) days a week for approximately 25,352 square feet of TSA-occupied space and checkpoint space. The secure leased and secure non-leased service areas include: checkpoint space, baggage screening equipment/baggage areas, Coordination Center, break/training room and Supervisor office space. Contractor employees will be required to meet all TSA and airport security screening requirements which include a criminal history, background and fingerprint check.
