- Solicitation W912CM-16-T-0016 The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and will competitively award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for a hotel conference to be held from 22 - 23 February 2016 in the area of Wiesbaden, Germany for up to 100 guests. The facility (or facilities) must be located within a 30-minute driving radius of Lucius D. Clay Kaserne, Erbenheim Flugplatz, 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany. All quotes shall be in the English language and in EURO currency. Award will be made to the offeror that submits a technically acceptable offer that is the lowest price (LPTA).
