DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR NATIONAL CEMETERY ADMINISTRATION (NCA) FORT SNELLING NATIONAL CEMETERY, NATIONAL SHRINE PROJECT The Department of Veteran Affairs, Fort Snelling National Cemetery intends to award a fixed price contract to remove, raise, realign, and reset designated upright headstones; clean upright headstones; and renovate designated sections of turf. Fort Snelling National Cemetery is located at 7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450 This procurement is a total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside and the associated North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 561730 with business size standard of $7.5 Million. This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ); solicitation number is VA119A-16-Q-0014. Questions regarding this combined synopsis /solicitation are due on January 6, 2016 at 1:00 PM EST No additional questions will be accepted after that time.
