- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF for the manufacture of (3) three stainless steel work platforms, (32) thirty-two Large Shear Block Disposal Containers and (16) sixteen Small Shear Block Disposal Containers in accordance with government specifications. FOB Destination pricing required. Required delivery date is 1 June 2016 to Bremerton, WA. This requirement to be solicited as a 100 percent Small business set-aside using non-commercial, negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15. The acquisition will be solicited as a Firm, Fixed-Price Supply type contract. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 6 January 2016 with a closing on or about 5 February 2016. Complete specifications to be included in the solicitation. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring this site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement at http://www.sam.gov.
