- Amendment to solicitation N0040616T0139 for the inclusion of two clauses overlooked prior to releasing. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, intends to solicit a firm fixed price contract for monthly rental of (4) Four High Pressure Air Compressors. SHORT FUSED SOLICITATION REQUEST. Period of Performance to start 01 January 2016 through 30 September 2016. The requirement will be solicited as 100% Total Small Business Set Aside and the solicitation will be issued on 23 December 2015 with a closing on 28 December 2015 and is with this Special Notice Posting. All offerors wishing to submit an offer will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to janet.m.baker@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. Only vendors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be considered for contract award. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. Procurement process will utilize FAR Parts 13.5. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time
