Description

Amendment 01 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is GS-07-P-16-JU-P-7001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The General Services Administration intends to replace 40 each JACE 404 (Schneider ENC 520) and 1 JACE 403. These sites currently operate a local Building Automation System (BAS) utilizing Existing Building Automation System and Advanced Metering System through the JACEs. This contract is a parts and license purchase only, installation, labor other than ordering and shipping is not included. The contractor shall provide the below: JACE RB-645E - 39 each JACE RB-603E - 1 each S-AX-3 AX Supervisor Software Small Business Server - 2 each The Contractor shall submit a firm-fixed price quote to provide the products as outlined in the Request for Quote. All elements shall be included in the quote (materials, etc.). Before award, the Offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management. Quotes are due no later than 12/30/2018 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Quotes are to be submitted electronically to Shawna.villarreal@gsa.gov as well as any questions regarding the solicitation.
