Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial SOLID WASTE COLLECTION services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is posted on-line at https://www.fedconnect.net/. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85/12-04-2015. REQUIRED SERVICES: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary for solid waste and recyclable material removal from Gulf Islands National Seashore locations: PERDIDO KEY, FORT BARRANCAS, NAVAL LIVE OAKS HEADQUARTERS, NAVAL LIVE OAKS COMPOUND, SANTA ROSA, AND FORT PICKENS AREA. Refer to SOW for container and service schedules as well as Solicitation package for more details. Submit signed and dated offer to reach the Government designated office via FedConnect or email: andre_ward@nps.gov on or before 1 PM on 01/12/2016. All offers from qualified HUBZone Small Business timely received shall be considered.
