- Description
- JEFO FY16-0027 Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) has provided on-site assistance to the S&T First Responders Group to support program and technical management, program planning and oversight, financial management, and technical website administration functions across the broad scope of First Responder activities. Pending the competitive award of a new task order, this task order modification was awarded to continue the level of quality of mission critical Science Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support provided by BAH. Task Order HSHQDC-15-J-00179 modification P00012 was awarded to Booz Allen Hamilton against existing IDIQ contract HSHQDC-13-D-00036. This award was made pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(B) using the exception under FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). The Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) number is FY16-0027 and was signed December 11, 2015. A copy of the JEFO is attached.
