ITEM DESCRIPTION: Retainer Seal NSN: 5330-00-483-8452 SOLICITATION PERIOD: 30 days ISSUE DATE: January 6, 2016 CLOSING DATE: January 18, 2016 QUANTITY: 600 EA SPECIFICATION: Boniface Tool & Die Inc. DBA (63259) P/N 65103-11056-084; Sterling Machine Co. Inc. DBA (64084) P/N 65103-11056-084; Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (78286) P/N 65103-11056-084 DESTINATION: Defense Distribution Depot in Cherry Point, North Carolina DELIVERY: 450 days ACQUISITION NOTES: Unrestricted Acquisition. Contractor First Article Testing and Contractor Production Lot Testing apply. FOB Origin, Source Inspection applies. It is the Government's intention to use FAR Part 13.5 acquisition procedures to award a firm-fixed price contract. This acquisition will contain a quantity option provision that will allow the government to purchase additional units in an amount equal to 50% of the base quantity, should conditions warrant. The estimated solicitation date is 01/06/2016. The solicitation will not become available until the issue date.
