Description

As a friendly note: The Facilities Improvement Repairs is a new requirement for the Government. Also, the RFQ, Section B, B.1 Description, 2nd sentence will be corrected to read as follows: Please Note: The Government has leased most of the facilities from Oregon State University. Therefore, out of the 10 facilities mentioned in SECTION C, C-1, only the Pole Building 26 is located on USDA owned land (33707 Peoria Rd.) and the other buildings are located on leased land at 33447 Peoria Rd. Also, resulting from the Site Vist on December 22, 2015, many questions were submitted and are pending responses. Upon receipt of the responses, an Amendment to the Solicitation will be posted which will include the Questions & Answers (Q&As); an official time extension for receiving the Quotes; and any other additional changes to the SOW resulting from the Q&As.
