The due date/time for quotes has also been extended from December 30, 2015 @ 12 noon ET to January 8, 2016 @ 12 noon ET. See the attached document, "Amendment I", for the complete details, which includes the removal of the set aside, updated clauses pertaining to full and open competition and the new due date and time for receipt of quotations.
