- --------------------------------------------------------- U.S. TRANSPORTATION COMMAND Contract Award Announcement December 30, 2015 GENCO Infrastructure Solutions, Inc., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $108,547,368 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract (HTC711-16-D-R007) for the procurement of the Department of Defense Freight Transportation Services (DFTS) program. This contract contains requirements for transportation coordination services encompassing support from receipt of the shipment request through final payment for services rendered, to include management of shipments to ensure required transportation is successfully completed. Work will be performed at Continental U.S. (CONUS) locations as specified on each individual task order, with an expected completion date of 31 December 2017 for the base period. A total of $1,784,796 of Fiscal 16 Transportation Working Capital Funds will be obligated at the time of award. The remainder of the contract will be funded through decentralized orders. This contract was a competitive acquisition and 4 offers were received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
