- The SelectUSA program office requires access to a research database that offers comprehensive, accurate and updated web-based data of all business incentives at the state level across U.S. states, territories, and the District of Columbia. Specifically, the database needs to be functional such that such multiple search parameters can be applied and compared. Sample searches could include U.S. states with solar energy business incentives, states along the Canadian border that have workforce development incentives, or the full list of business incentives offered by Iowa, Arkansas and Arizona.
