Description

Amendment 02 The purpose of this Amendment 02 is to post three questions and their answers. Q1. Is this a follow-on requirement? If so, could you please provide the incumbent contract number for this opportunity? If not, is this a new requirement? A1. The current contract is held by Basis Technology, HHM402-11-C-0084. Q2. If the prime has never undergone an audit but holds accounting policies, separates incurred costs & is compliant- will the government accept the price volume without the prime undergoing a DCAA audit prior to submission? In short, does the prime need to have an approved or compliant accounting system to be considered for this opportunity? A2. No, the prime does not need to have an approved or compliant accounting system. This is not a cost type contract. Q3. How many past performances are you seeking from the offeror? I didn't see a number but saw the criteria/requirement. A3. The Government has not set a number. Typically three is a good number, but there is no standard.
