Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Department of Veterans Affairs The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO19), Denver CO, intends to enter into Sole Source procurement with the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority, 12635 East Montview Boulevard, Suite 100, Aurora CO 80045. The procurement action is to enter into a lease for 24,495 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and lab space. NAICS code 531190 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for space which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. An approved J&A for this action is on file and included herein. All services, supplies, utilities to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Lease will be for 10 years firm. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Questions may be addressed to the contracting officer.
