Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AUDIO/VISUAL DISPLAY EQUIPMENT - TENANT BUILDING, VAMC, JEFFERSON BARRACKS DIVISION, ST. LOUIS, MO 1.0Description 1.1The St. Louis VA in support of the Jefferson Barracks Major Projects is seeking information to determine procurement strategy for providing and installation of audio/visual display equipment for Tenant Building 56 currently under construction at the VA Medical Center, Jefferson Barracks Division, St. Louis, MO. 2.0THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) or a promise to issue in RFQ/RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the VA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Interested Contractors are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP/RFQ, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. 3.0Requested Information 3.1Estimated pricing per the Schedule contained within the DRAFT Performance Work Statement, with labor categories identified. 3.2Business type (large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) certified small disadvantage business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, very small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business) based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334310 Audio/Video Equipment Manufacturing. 3.3Contractor Capability Statement 3.4Does contractor currently hold a GSA schedule contract; if so, identify GS Schedule, Category and expiration date. 4.0Responses 4.1Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI via email only to Karen.Munroe@va.gov. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED.
