The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO 17), San Antonio, TX intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Arrow International, 550 E Swedesford Rd Ste. 400, Wayne, PA, 19087-1601 for providing (Emergency) certified repair services to the IABP- INTRA-AORTIC BALLOON PUMP to manufacturer specifications for the North Texas Veterans Health Care System located at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd, Dallas Texas 75216-7167. Model: AUTOCAT II WAVE, EE 56640, S/N: 70137W, Location: BB220 -2J-D Biomed shop This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency." The NAICS code is 811219 and has a size standard of $20,500,000.00 for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 12:00 PM CST, January 8, 2016 to: Benito.Canales2@va.gov.
