Description

Base-Wide Filter Maintenance for Naval Station Great Lakes, Great Lakes, IL. The contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, other items necessary to provide the services for a Fixed Price contract for the recurring maintenance of filters for air conditioning and heating systems at Naval Station Great Lakes, IL. The contract will consist of maintaining approximately 12,540 filters, consisting of 11 different types of filters, located at approximately 130 facilities on Naval Station Great Lakes facilities. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION BUT A SYNOPSIS NOTIFICATION. NAICS CODE IS 561790. SIZE STANDARD IS $7.5MILLION. THE SOLICITATION (N40085-16-R-5005) WILL BE POSTED ON OR AROUND JANUARY 20, 2016. SERVICE CONTRACT ACT WAGE RATES WILL APPLY. The anticipated award will be for a base Period of 9 months with four (04) Option Periods of one (01) year each, not to exceed 57 months. The estimated value of this project in its entirety is between $6,000,000.00 and $7,000,000.00. THIS PROJECT WILL BE ADVERTISED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
