- This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZABB anticipates issuing a Requirements contract for the repair of the AN/ALM-233 and AN/ALM-256 SESLEP test equipment items which support the AN/ALQ-184 and AN/ALQ-131 Electronic Countermeasure Pods. NSNs and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) are listed below. This action is proposed to be a sole source acquisition because Keysight is the only qualified source for this specialized repair that possess the internal drawings and data necessary to support this requirement. Technical data is not available to support this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
