Draft Performance Work Statement, Land Mobile Radio Maintenance Service THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ATTACHED REQUIREMENT. **NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT** **DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTATION OR PROVIDE COST AND PRICING DATA** **NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION. Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota is seeking sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposed in accordance with Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement, provided in this sources sought synopsis. All interested parties are invited to provide information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners. Interested parties are requested to submit product specifications that shall include: CONTRACTOR INFORMATION: - Name - Address - Point of Contact (POC) - POC contact information - CAGE Code - Website - A description of similar work previously or currently being performed - Business Size (small business, women owned business, HUBZone, other than small business, etc) -Industry questions, input and comments based on the Performance Work Statement are requested NLT 11 January 2016 at 12:00pm MST. **Responses are due NOT LATER THAN 4:30PM MST, TUESDAY, 12 JANUARY 2016, and shall only be submitted electronically to: JUSTIN.ASHLEY@US.AF.MIL, GARRETT.MURRAY@US.AF.MIL AND CINDY.FEDORKOWICZ@US.AF.MIL** Primary Government Point of Contact: Justin Ashley and Garrett Murray. Questions relevant to this notice shall be sent electronically to the above email address. NO PHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. All communication shall be in writing and submitted electronically with reference "Land Mobile Radio Maintenance Service." Interested companies are encouraged to provide other solutions that may meet the required specifications and/or functional description. When doing so, information shall follow the guidelines set by this sources sought notice. THIS IS A NOTICE FOR SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUE A PROCUREMENT COMMITMENT BY THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE. NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. RESPONSE IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY; NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN REPSONSE TO THIS NOTICE OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR OR SUFFER ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY IMPROPERLY IDENTIFIED INFORMATION. ATTACHMENT I -DRAFT PWS Name of Requirement: Land Mobile Radio Maintenance Service Functional Description: The contractor shall provide management, materials, labor, tools, transportation and equipment necessary to provide required Land Mobile Radio maintenance for the equipment outlined in the PWS. Requirement: See Performance Work Statement for a detailed description of services required. A one-year base plus four one-year option periods are being considered as the period of performance; with the base period of performance to begin 1 October 2016.
