- Department of Veterans Affairs Announcement of Accepted Sites for Johnson County, Kansas, Community-Based Outpatient Clinic This is an update to the notification regarding approved land sites for the above-referenced procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) had previously published the following list of approved sites after completing a market survey: 1.Shawnee Crossing - 6800 Hilltop Road (without the existing building) Representative for 1.6-acre parcel: Keith Baker, CBRE (816) 968-5883, keith.baker@cbre.com Representative for 1.8-acre and 1.7-acre parcels: Kevin Tubbesing, The Land Source (913) 562-5622, kevin@thelandsource.com 2.Shawnee Mission Parkway & Maurer Road Representative for 5.0-acre site: Ralph Varnum, Varnum Armstrong Deeter LLC (913) 491-8900, ralph@vadllc.com 3.W. 87th & Renner Boulevard Representative for 7.25-acre site: Craig Kelly, DTZ (816) 412-0279, craig.kelly@dtz.com 4.16255 W. 87th Parkway Representative for 4.88-acre site: Kevin Tubbesing, The Land Source (913) 562-5622, kevin@thelandsource.com It has been brought to VA's attention that the portion of the land site 2. Shawnee Mission Parkway & Maurer Road approved for further consideration is no longer available. As a result, VA will no longer consider that location.
