Condition New. Part number MRO 200-S. Quantity 1. 0002 - Equipment Installation on-site in Oklahoma City, OK & Training for equipment users. 0003 - Specify warranty period ____. Maintenance fees per year $____. To respond to this RFQ, offerors must submit an electronic copy of signed and completed SF-18 Request for Quotation Form and a Business Declaration form to monica.price@faa.gov. This opportunity is set-aside for small business concerns.
