- TEAMS Safety Amendment 01 & Responses to Questions AMENDMENT 01 AND QUESTIONS WERE INITIALLY POSTED JUNE 03, 2015 The Missile Defense Agency released the Final Request for Proposal (RFP), Solicitation number HQ0147-15-R-0008, for "Safety Support" under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) on May 18, 2015. Questions were received on May 28, 2015. The responses to these questions resulted in Amendment 01 of the RFP. Attached are the MDA responses to the questions received and resultant Amendment 01 (Amendment 01, PWS, Excel workbook). This Amendment 01 does not result in a change to the proposal due date. The proposal due date remains June 19, 2015 @ 1400 CST.
