The Center is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive eye exams by a licensed optometrist, provide ophthalmic frames, safety eyewear and lenses for students at the St. Louis Job Corps. Vendor is to return written bid, vendor paperwork and all licenses for doing business in the State of Missouri, all employee licenses required for performing work in the state of Missouri, Certificate of Liability insurance and list of references if no past experience with center.
