Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, on behalf of the St. Louis MO VA Medical Center, St. Louis MO, anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price Service contract for the furnishing of three hundred and fifty (350) non-reserved parking spaces to provide parking for employees of the John Cochran Division, 915 North Grand Blvd., St. Louis MO 63106-1621. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Please see the attached solicitation VA255-16-Q-0058 for additional information regarding this requirement. It is anticipated that the contract will be for a one (1) year period. Award will be by Best Value, considering price, technical capabilities and past performance. Please see the attached solicitation for a Statement of Objective (SOO), terms and conditions. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation section E.1 - INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUATATION SUBMISSIONS. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 812930. The SBA size standard for NAICS 812930 is $38.5 Million. All information for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential bidders MUST register at FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation.
