THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 4 intends to award a firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This requirement is for an extended warranty for the Olympus Flowview microscope. The Government intends to make an award to Olympus America, 300 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley, PA.
