- Lodging Requirements This is a SOURCES SOUGHT to determine the availability of large and small businesses to provide lodging services. The 149 FW is seeking information for potential sources for Hotel Lodging Services in Glendale, AZ, in accordance with the attached Lodging Requirements. The anticipated period of performance is 3 March 2016 - 27 May 2016 with a possibility to be extended until another two weeks after 27 May 2016. The number of rooms requested is approximately 240 - 250. The rooms may either have single or double beds. If a single bed, it must be a minimum of a queen size. For double beds, the minimum size shall also be a queen size. The hotels MUST be within a seven (7) mile radius to Luke AFB, AZ. The NAICS Code is 721110. The Small Business Size Standard is $32.5 Million. This sources sought is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. When responding to this notice, please state whether your company is either a small business, small disadvantage business, woman owned small business, economically disadvantaged woman owned small business, 8(a) certified, HUBZone certified, veteran owned small business, service disabled veteran small business, or large business All interested contractors must be registered in SAM in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
